There is only one ship which can take people to the North pole area and it retires in 2012. So one last desperate group are getting together to get up there to see if the Earth is hollow and/or find an entrance into the inner Earth area.
As the Poles have shifted several times in Earth's history the Poles at the North and South have nt always been there !! So to look for an entrance way appears quite silly to me.
