I am quite sure that no country can put up accurate figures about Chinese military or their hardware as they have won the secrets War very easily. They have emptied over countries's vaults with ease. They and the Russians to a lesser extend have been able to get all sorts of secrets and copied much without having the R & D costs involved.
Most of the civil aviation Russian Tupelev planes are copies of British ones. There was a 'BAC 1-11' 'Trident' and even Concorde!!! The current Russian and Chinese fighters, now in service, are much better that the American Raptor which is now obsolete!! It ain't even in service yet, either!!
I believe that China could be attacked by the whole World and still win!!!
