More and more cases are being messed up by lawyers putting forward special hardship pleas or Human Rights issues. This guy, now, has a stated case to do as he pleases and use this judgement as a defence, forever. Another one, driving at 160mph in an Aston Martin claimed that going to jail, it would mean that he could not care for his wife. Another stated case, to do as he pleases. If he has a £100 grand plus Aston martin he could afford health care for his wife by selling it !!!!
We had, recently, a robber, who got out of jail to care for his kids.!! Under the human Rights Act, his family were entitled to have the care and attention of their father. It turned out that many of the kids were no even his own!!!!
