The rubbish that is aledgedly news put out by the BBC would not make the pages of a Parish magazine. Will Wayne Rooney play in the World Cup? Tiger Woods blethering at a podium saying how sorry he was that he got caught and the game was up for twenty solid minutes just ain't news.!
Prince William can fly a helicopter, so what? Thousands of people can do that even his brother now, too.
Why oh why if a Scottish item makes the National News do they have to have an English presenter flown up here to take over? Are the Scottish staff no good?? Why do Scottish staff go down to England to cover news items concerning Scots in England? The hotel bills, flights and meals all come from the license payer for a two minute report. Why not just say, "and we go to Fred or Jean of our English/Scottish staff for a report." Really such a waste on our cash.
