The French Government swore on a copy of the Mona Lisa that no deal had been made with Iran for her release. Fair enough.
On Monday it was announced that Ali Vakili Rad, an Iranian agent, who stabbed and killed the former Prime Minister of Iran, Shapour Bakhtair, who was living in Paris in exile, would be released and deported to Iran!!!!. Bakhtair had been P.M, under the rule of the Shah. He had spent 19 years in prison since 1991.
No deal oh really??
