Digital TV starts in Scotland this year but commenced in USA last year in February and in Germany from 2003 in towns and gradually country wide.

Here is a letter to President Obama on the possible/probable effects of Digital and the actual/potential health problems that Digital has and may raise. Not only people are/may be affected but animals,too, have problems.
