I have always wanted one of those dream motor homes but could never afford to buy one. The best that I managed was to hire a small one!  It was pretty good as long as we got into a system. One person can cook but the rest have to get outside,out of the way! The bed was supported by wooden slats which made it hard and left little room for Ugandan activities!! Filling water tanks and emptying the sewage tank were a chore! As I could never get enough money together,even buying a smaller four or six berth was just not on.

I thought about converting a bus, but had no where to park it to do the work needed. By the time that I had put some costings together or what I wanted in the bus plus the cost of it,the game just got silly!!!  The guy who built this one is fit and good with his hands,which I am not so would have had labour costs to add on. Wood and plywood are really expensive in the Uk just now.

It would cost about £20,000 to buy and convert a bus in the Uk and for that money you can just about buy a second hand four berth without the hassles.
