Well this would fit the story of him being the issue of Bumpy Snr and one of his many mistresses. It also fits nicely with the photo of a slim Durham in the July before she allegedly gave birth. Looks like the kid was given away, to have a better life and become more padding for Durham's profile with the spooks.
