So this picture was a fake !  Churchill said that history is written by the victors and there never was a truer word!!!  Recently, I have become interested in WW2 from the side of the Germans and it is very enlightening.
There is a 6 hour long video on youtube  Adolf Hitler The untold story which tells it from the German point of view.
We had modern terrorism from the British who targeted civilians in Berlin and in Dresden with 1,000 bomber raids packed with incendiaries run by Bomber Harris. The plan was to burn civilians out of their homes in order for them to pressurise Hitler to give up.
Russian Cossacks, fighting for Germany were forceably sent back to Russia. There were pitched battles to get them aboard trains when British soldiers used rifle butts and clubs. About 40 thousand were killed by Stalin. There was the infamous forest killing of Polish soldiers blamed on Hitler but carried out by Stalin.
David Irving has been pilloried and ostracised for opening up the truth about Allied atrocities during WW2.
Why can't the British and Americans just admit their faults. The excuse 'fog of war' does not cover many of the deliberate killings.
America had to try out their new toys on Japan when, in fact, Japan was about to surrender in any case. There was no need to use the atomic bomb whatever.
