Cant see that this wold bother him too much. Japan and China are squabbling over ownership of uninhabited islands at present and China has set up a no fly zone, which is being ignored by the Japanese and American air forces. Why?
Well certainly not to save the sea birds!! The usual reasons........... oil and gas fields.
