according to david zublick, jeff is now in military custody singing for his bed, board, protection and probable 5 year sentence, of which he would do 2 years. Apparently, there is a kill contract out on jeff for $100 million. Well worth a gang, attacking a prison, to collect it.
A military base would be much more difficult to 'invade' and far better armed. Then, there is always Guantanimo bay in Cuba.
