How to configure and use Automatic Updates in Windows
Most folks have set up for automatic updates. However, the games afoot, as a well known fictional detective would say,to push out a patch for both Windows 7 and 8, which forces an automatic update to Windows 10 which sends data about your activity back to base. If you tend to just click 'okay' or 'accept ' when an update asks, you may get caught out and get Windows 10 whether you want it or not.
You then have 31 days to delete Windows 10 and go back to either 7 or 8 But if you have not noticed,in the first place,your hooked.! However you can change the settings to manual updates where you can pick and choose. I wouldn't panic just now but certainly do it for after New Year.
