Obviously the taxi service is not means tested and therefore she is doing nothing illegal in using the service to have her son taken to school. I am sure that Ms Price is paying a high rate of Income tax and as a British citizen and resident, she is quite entitled to use the taxi for her son's education as he cannot travel on public transport.
Should she be forced to pay for it, from her income, she could claim the expense against her Income Tax. So what is the point, other than maliciousness.
