Drone Disease: Obama's Putrid Secret | AlternativeIn my opinion,with no proof whatsoever,the biggest Drone flying is the X39 which is in orbit round the Earth. It can change the angle of flight to the Earth and it can also change the height either higher of lower from the Earth.
I believe that it is filled with a DNA type poison which can be sprayed targeting black headed people. All of Asia and China have black headed people. This threat will keep China behind the bamboo curtain and neutralise them completely.
The massive culls of certain types of fish and animals have been test runs to prove and to show that it can be done. These poisons exist and are well documented. Why else would this thing be up there going round and round??
