I said right at the start of this thing that it was an attempt to shoot down the official plane, which was bringing Putin back from South America to Moscow, by some gung ho Ukrainian pilot based in Roumania or Azerbaijan. His plane should have been in the area,going in the opposite direction, within a 20 minute window. It was suddenly diverted.

The Malaysian plane was also diverted some 200km away from the new route,which companis had ben using to avoid the war zone. This plane had the same colour scheme andwas the same size as the Putin plane. The only difference being that the old Russian plane had four jet engines as opposed to two.

I have the feeling that some local spook put this plot together on the back of an envelope. He/she would know when Putin was leaving,could calculate the flight time and realised that as it is a military plane, it would take the shortest route. This put the plane in the war zone.

The Americans and Israelis have been servicing the Ukrainian fighters and it would cost them nothing to send up a fighter plane with a dedicated pilot whom they would have files on. So the weapon was loaded and available.

I believe that the Americans discovered the Israeli plot and warned Putin.  Shooting him down would have caused them grief and just might have been the start of WW3  !!  Neither side wants that although they sabre rattle about it all the time in yet another Cold War mark2 pantomime.

How the Malaysian plane became the patsy is the difficult bit. No civilian planes were flying in that area. The Ukrainians were firing at military planes and had hit a transport a few days before. They would fire at anything unless it was their fighter. They would not risk bringing down one of their few aircraft,especially a fighter. The Russians say that a fighter was in the area. So there would be no ground fire coming up to endanger a civilian plane. So why not divert one as a decoy for Putin?

Did the Russians find out the plot as well??

Was the Russian official plane every really going by that route? Did Russia divert the look a like to circumvent any attempt at going for Putin?

In the world of smoke and mirrors everybody likes to screw around with everybody else !!
