Is the Federal Reserve in Chicago Bricking Up Its Windows To Protect Itself From Mobs?? — Jim Comiskey Metals Report | Economy



I don'y know anything about  American building codes but in the Uk any internal space should have windows on the outside walls. The size of those windows is regulated by the amount of light needed to be let in to the space dependent on size. This is measured in lumens.  So you can't just brick up windows as you please.
