BBC News - 'Sextortion' suspects deny involvement in Daniel Perry case
This is a nasty crime. People looking for relationships on Facebook get so carried away that they post,in the one to one section, intimate pictures of themselves,stupidly believing that only the other party will ever see them.
Then the posting party gets a demand for money from the receiver who threatens to post the pictures in general circulation. This can also happen when relationships break up and one party threatens to post sex videos or pictures of the other one.
Life is a funny old game and nastiness can creep in !!.
