Teen, 17, dragged for one mile by train and killed 'was wearing headphones when he was struck down'
People should not run on footpaths which are along side railway tracks. These are for maintenance workers to move on and are railway property. To run 'away' from a train, with headphones on, is incredibly stupid, in the first place.!!
