21 Jailed Cambodian Protesters to Have Their Day in Court



The Government arrested garment workers who had gone on strike for better conditions. If you watch Asian workers v employers, in labour disputes, you can see a living history of Britain during the Industrial Revolution and other Western countries as they have built up  relations with unions.
The first strike, in London England, happened when the 'match girls,' who dipped small bits of wood into sulphur, in order to produce matches, without ventilation or breathing safety facilities, went on strike for an increase in wages!
