Mississippi judge ejects Sikh from court for refusing to remove ‘that rag’ from his head |

Is this the first time that this judge has had a Sikh in his court?  If not,did he insult others or not? I agree that the all covering tent like garment,which Muslim women wear, in public, would cause problems regarding identification. Even the smaller, scarf like,covering,could cause similar problems.
However, a Sikh's head covering garment, offers no ID hassles.
