States to toughen laws on drunken cycling - The LocalI detest cyclists. I have seen them ride on pavements,jump traffic lights, swerve all over the road and bang on car roofs. They have no insurance and seem to be above the Law, in as much as they do not need a licence,don't pay road tax nor do they need to be sober, to ride on the road.
