I posted,last year, that I believed that HAARP technology was being used, to divert all hurricanes away from the American coast. I also think that it was used in 2011 as well. To me, this is a proper use of the technology to save,firstly lives, secondly structural damage, thirdly to save the huge cost of providing shelter to displaced people and the cost of later repairs. With hurricane season fast approaching, let's see what happens this year!
