Poor old broken down lance Armstrong soon will be very poor indeed. He has been ordered to pay back all his prize money which must amount to a rather tidy sum. This could be hilarious!!
If he has had good advice, over the years, he will have it planked in off shore tax havens. I hardly see any bankers giving him a loan as he now has no income to pay it back with. So he can either sit tight on his money and have Court actions to take his house and bikes away to sell them off!!
