This man has not broken any British Laws, so why should he remain in prison?? He was locked up at the request of Jordan, who wanted him back there to stand trial. Through various appeals it came out that some of the evidence, obtained by Jordan, was the result of torture. So the Jordanian request was denied.
Are we to lock up people whom we don't like? If so, there would be a long, long list!!
