There was supposed to be a floating boat thingy constructed, called Freedom World, which was proposed some years ago. It was to continually follow the Sun, having chopper landing,offices, shops,casino, night clubs, flats and Penthouses.It would only go into ports for supplies. Crews could be rotated by chopper as could people. As it would have been in International waters, all the time, there would have been no taxation. One merely bought a share and paid an annual fee.
