The First World War was said to have ended at the 11th hour on the 11/11/18 This year, being 2011, could well be a target as you would have 1100 hrs on 11/11/11. On September 11th there will be a big turnout of police and others, as this is the 10th anniversary.
So why not 1100hrs on the 11/11/11
