Three English students are objecting to having to pay fees in a Scottish University when a Scots student pays nothing. The English, quite rightly are classed as foreign students. Foreign to Scotland, they most certainly are, as they do not live in Scotland nor were they born here and so they are foreigners, pure and simple.
