Somebody must have been reading this blog!! I've been banging on about various Electoral Roll frauds for many months in various posts. this change will make little difference.
Currently a form arrives and you place all the names that you want on the form. This new proposal would mean one name per form. So just get a dozen blank forms.!!!! It can also be done on the Internet. No ID or referees are required what ever. So you can be anybody that you want to be!!!
