I can't see how they have the right to do so. Freddie Gaddfly has been the ruler of his country for over 40 years. All he did was to try to put down a rebellion in his country. The rebels, who are now America's bestest friends in all the World, are al Al QCIA members. Indeed, one town of about 80K people is in the top four World suppliers of suicide bombers who killed Western Troops. Freddie has destroyed all their stock of oil and now they have nothing to use for payment of weapons and bullets.
Freddie paid out the Lockerbie relatives. Then, very cleverly, as the new licenses and agreements were being negotiated, he put up the prices to the oil companies, in order, to regain the money that he had paid out. They got rather upset at this and ordered Bumpy O'Rumba to do something about it.
