So under English Law a thing is still the property of the purchaser/owner, even if it it thrown out or discarded.
Therefore refuse disposal engineering operatives (bin men) merely provide a service of moving another's stuff to be disposed of y incineration or landfill. Then the property is always still owned by the purchaser/owner, even when buried in landfill, unless clear title has been transferred.
