Is this the biggest bluff in history? He is Barry Soetoro or Barrak Hussein Obama. He freely admits changing his name 'in later life.' So how come the birth name, on this certificate, is the later changed name? Surely, it should be in his given name. Why has it been so difficult to produce? Was the ink drying?
