Sony admits hackers could have stolen 77m users' credit card details

Playstation Network hacked: Sony admits hackers could have stolen 77m users' credit card details | Mail Online

Exactly why I never bought one! They are so busy selling units, for big profits ,that they they didn't care about card security too much. After all, if they lose the data, the banks and card companies take the fall for it all anyway. As long as the spell the name right, Sony, they get free advertising, none of which is bad for them in the long term. However, interest rates and charges, especially on credit Cards, stay ridiculously high, in order, that the companies recoup their losses through fraud. As long as they are making money, why bother, is the general rule.
