B.C.C.I. was a bank group which went spectacularly bust. It was called the Bank of Crooks, Comedians and Cocaine International. They like the recent Icelandic Banks offered half a percent more interest than the mainstream and local councils lodged billions collectively as they did in Iceland. This laundered the cocaine cash, easily.
Now I am not saying that the Icelandic Banks were crooks. However if the main brains are all offering half a percent less there must be a good reason. More risk !! Simple.
