India is coming of age and beating many Western hi tech companies at their own game. Now the Government are going to issue bio ID Cards to replace the ID cards already out there. Some Western countries don't know who really lives in the country never mind giving each an ID card, bio or normal.
This new card will show two fingerprints and a face for every tax payer. So that's money and finance sorted out for a country which is touching China in population. India, being pro Western will now be a test bed for new ID technologies.
