- Facebook sued for $1 billion over Intifada page

FRANCE 24 - Facebook sued for $1 billion over Intifada page
Facebook say that the page broke their rules.  Facebook rules are a joke.  There is so much foul, abusive language and swearing in loads of posts which people do not get sanctioned for. I have seen mobile phone shots of erect penises posted. Threats of physical violence.  Gross libels appear calling people weird and stating that people are pedophiles with no evidence of any kind. The minimum age of 14 is a sad joke. They say that nobody can use a fake name or a non face picture and yet the whole site is full of them. The rules are completely ignored because they are a joke. The maximum penalty is to be banned. Oh the pain!! Should that ever happen then the person or group just changes their name and starts again !! Their rules are now completely non enforceable as they have been broken so many times in the past. Any attempt to enforce them, now, could lead to a huge Court case with people citeing events and posts which received no vilification or censure in the past. The legitimate questions ' why me? why now? ' could be asked and would remain unanswered. If they let it go,once, then the precedent has been set for others to do the same and/or make similar comments
This Court case should make the lawyers a few bucks too, no doubt. Watch for a big off loading of shares as the founders bail out and take their money and run.
