So America is now going to sue B.P and eight others but the one at the centre of the mayhem, Halliburton, is not mentioned in the law suit, why not?
I sure that all the lawyers involved will have field day trying to make all of these cases go on for as long as they possibly can to be resolved. They get per day fees and refreshers and more deposits for working capital. At a price per letter there will be millions of those and blethering on the phone will become an art form. Then, just when you think that the whole matter has been resolved, there will be appeals and more appeals and on it will go. A young lawyer starting out now will probably retire before this lot is solved and the appeals procedure exhausted.
