This guy better be using cash everywhere!! His passport will be flagged as he has an International Arrest Warrant so he cannot get out of the UK legally.
However it is a very easy matter to get on a ferry or a plane heading to Eire and from there to anywhere in Europe without showing a passport anywhere. Too risky? Then head to Northern Ireland and walk across the border or go to Warrenpoint and get a wee boat across to Eire.
But he might like to dye his hair and grow a beard first !!
