It happens every year about this time or maybe a little later on. Snow falls! Why? Because the UK is in the higher latitudes nearer to the Arctic Circle and if we did not have the Gulf Stream Current flowing in from the Caribbean down the West coast of the UK then things would be a hell of a lot worse!!
Just how many trees have been used up to make the paper to print the pictures and tell us it is snowing which we all can see from our front windows! Trees help to break the winds which brings the snow, so, save the trees.
I think it is something about not being able to get out at present that is doing it, I am rambling !!
