Seven years ago this guy walked into a bank with a collar bomb round his neck. He was a pizza delivery guy and he said that someone had fitted it to him and told him to go rob the bank. Eventually it blew up and a woman has just been sentenced on Monday.
But was he up to his neck in the plot too?
