Having thought about it for a bit I have decided that although I personally have no time for any of the Royals, the Wedding is a news worthy item. Royalty in this day and age is an anachronism and a throwback to past feudal times. But anyway.................
Looks like Westminster for the big job. Big Chuck and Mrs. Carpet Bowls are picking up the tab for the "do" and the UK taxpayer is getting it in the neck for the security bill of about £20 million. One American reporter said that he thought that the whole deal would bring in over a billion pounds for Britain. I think most of the tatty souvenirs will be made in China!! London taxi drivers will make a fortune. The Tube should coin it in too.
No doubt the dead man walking, Sammy Bin Liner will be on his bike generating electrikery for his laptop to plan something or other and the rumours should begin over the weekend.
Also the UK Sunday papers will have huge page after page of information about the name of Kate's first Teddy Bear and on and on. They will then begin to ponder about a title for her, too. Lady Chinook of Boeing springs to mind. As two young people I wish them good luck but please just go to Las Vegas and get it sorted quick !
