Most people have heard of Operation Paperclip which rounded up all of the Nazi scientists, engineers and nut case Doctors who had done mind control experiments on camp inmates. Indeed the CIA used most of the Ghelen group in Europe to get them started. NASA got the rocket scientists, etc. Russia and the UK were both at it too. All scrambling to get the best people available.
Now an unearthed report continues the story involving the Dept. of Justice and others.
