I have said in posts in the past that the best Government is a mixed one where you go for the people that can do the job well no matter which political party they are from. If they fall by the wayside or leave then get another in their place.
The voters would then vote for a general view of the way ahead and the Government would follow that majority view be it Conservative, Socialist, Communists or whatever, with the Ministers from any party towing the general view line of the Government.
