The Great Ball of China: Six-ton Chinese 'pearl' is world's biggest..

The Great Ball of China: Six-ton Chinese 'pearl' is world's biggest... and it's £88million price tag's not exactly small either | Mail Online

To me this thing is worth nothing at all! Other than being probably the only one of its kind what else is it useful for? The whole ideal of value means than somebody else will "use" something that they own. Either actually or intrinsically but whichever way it then has a value and therefore can be used.
This thing don't and can't or was it Kant?
