Bomber Harris,the head of the RAF during WW2 went to Churchill with a plan to deliberately bomb civilians in Germany. This is/was completely illegal under all International Laws. Yet the Americans and the British 'carpet' bombed the civilian cities of Berlin,Dresden and Colongue over a three day/night period. They concentrated the bombing on the houses!!! which makes them War Criminals !!
