Militant NUT boss is now paid £160,000: Increase for union chief who led five national teachers' strikes | Mail Online



This has always bothered me about Unions. When members go on strike their bosses still get their huge pay,limos and expense accounts.

As far as I know the one exception was Mick McGachey,the leader of the Scottish miners,who gave his wages to charity during the long miners strike. He shamed the British leader of the miners,Arthur Scarkill,into doing the same,very near the end of the strike.  Arfur had his property portfolio payments to pay and needed his wages !!!
