UK Man Wins Court Case Against BBC For 9-11 WTC 7 Cover Up (Video) | 9/11 and Ground Zero
So nobody in England, Wales or N.Ireland should be paying a TV license citing this Court win in their defense. As Scotland has a different legal system, this case result will not 'cross the border.' However, the same defence could be used in a future Scottish Court (say tomorrow) and if refused could be taken all the way to the Supreme Court in London, at which point the English case should win the day.
