I would rather that they got treatment than spread whatever diseases that they bring in. Then arrest and deport them.!! California, of course, will not play my way. There will be conspiracy stories going around, that it is a trap and these people will hide away, continuing to work in kitchens and cleaning in hotels, spreading whatever they carry.
The cost of printing health leaflets in a plethora of languages will be astronomical!! They may be used as toilet paper and clean up the pavements!!
