How one packet of biscuits costs £229 with Tesco Clubcard: As shops slash the rewards they are offering, are ANY loyalty cards worth the effort? | Daily Mail Online
I have a Tesco points card which gives me one point per pound that I spend. Why? Well it was free and I never check the totals and haven't a clue how it works!
Reminds me of the Green Shield stamps of my youth and my favourite wheeze, Kensitas cigarette coupons which you got in packets of 20 and 10. You collected them and ot a catologue to exchange coupons for stuff. The big joke was save 20 million and get a free iron lung!
Clever folks started buying coupons from other savers to get stuff.
