To me, it is pretty simple. If you are a biological guy,dressed as a woman,you go into the gent's bathroom and have the decency to take a cubicle. You don't start heaving up skirts and aiming!!
Biological women,dressed as men , should go to women's rest rooms,take a cubicle and drop their kecks,adjust their y fronts, in there.
