Could Northern Ireland become a base from which radical Muslims will  attack England?  I would doubt if any attacks will  happen in Scotland as England is seen as the seat of power. Certainly, both sides of the Irish divide used Muslim banking to move money collected/donated on the main island or from elsewhere to arrive in Northern and Southern Ireland. I would therefore assume that contacts have been made between all organisations for their mutual benefit.
